In addition to the company background data, Circle R wants all of its current and future clients to know more about Joe Hoffman and his many years of experience. He has been involved with the installation of over 1,000 systems, most of which have unique design criteria per the customers' needs.

Dave Kraker - Sales Engineer

Dave Kraker's background includes over 28 years working for a major railcar repair and remanufacturing company. He worked many areas throughout the United States managing the maintenance, blasting and painting of railcars. From 1980 to1990 he was in field service operations covering the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, North and South Dakota. 

He was promoted in 1990 to a larger plant operation working mostly on heavy wreck repairs and modifications to all types of railcars, with blasting and coatings being a large portion of this responsibility. 

In 2001, he became Vice President of asset management and environmental operations for the same company. His projects included rebuilding six complete blasting and coating facilities in three of their major railcar plants. In addition, he was instrumental in rebuilding the Orange, TX, plant damaged by Hurricane Rita in 2005. A fire at another major plant in Dubois, PA, destroyed the blasting and painting operations in 2007. He coordinated this project, scheduled for and made operational in June, 2008, which included three new blast booths and two new paint booths. 

In addition, he has a strong background in electrics, and retro-fitting existing blast and paint systems. In April of 2008, he was hired by Hoffman Blast II to bring his knowledge and many years of experience working in and with our industry to Hoffman Blast II by Circle R Industries, Inc., to assist in perpetuating it as the most recognized name in the blasting and coating industry. 

We welcome Dave as an integral part of our company, knowing he is capable of continuing the reputation Hoffman Blast II has developed since its entry into the blasting and coating equipment industry in 1986. He will be responsible for managing and directing the marketing of our products for many years to come.
